Re bookings reference J6PRM & JM6CW Email sent to feedback.[protected]@airindia.in 25th Jan 2022 Called Air India Customer Service number 25th Jan 09.45 (GMT) spoke to agent who promised refund Emailed [protected]@airindia.in 25th Jan attaching air India feedback form cancellation + copies of original booking confirmations Received Emailed 25th from blr.[protected]@airindia.in asking me to send email to cmu.[protected]@airindia.in Sent email 25th Jan to cmu.[protected]@airindia.in also copied [protected]@airindia.in and blr.[protected]@airindia.in attaching air india feedback form cancellation + copies of original booking confirmations 7th Feb chased up by email sending copies of feedback form cancellation + copies of original booking confirmations to cmu.[protected]@airindia.in also copied [protected]@airindia.in and blr.[protected]@airindia.in No response - PLEASE REPLY AND REFUND +1 photos Was this information helpful?
