Air India — cancellation of ticket and refund of money | |||
1. On 18th Nov i tried to book ticket from DEL to SXR on your website. while booking the ticket for first time it showed ERROR message after making payment through sbi internet banking. Again i tried to book the ticket with different date and it again showed the ERROR message. I tried for the third time and ERROR message was shown on your website for third time also. But Rs 6333/- got debited from my account for each transaction. I did not received any SMS regarding booking confirmation on mobile number i provided while booking the ticket. When i checked my email account i found that i have received three itineraries. 2. further i made a ticket cancellation request to air india but they are not willing to refund the money Was this information helpful? | |||
