My Parents who are senior citizens have a flight from Bagdogra to Kolkata on 16/02/2022 and they have been trying to cancel the tickets as they cannot travel as both of them are unwell. My Father had reaction due to Covid Booster and is still very weak and my mother has a severe back ache.
Airindia is not providing any refund for the cancellation. This is really a bad experience for a Company which should be providing better benefits for Senior Citizens. In this current situation, not giving a refund and any other option like credit note is brutal. On top of that when we contacted the customer care they were told that they have to come to the Airport if they need waiver! At their age when they are not well, AirIndia knows that they will not be able to come and do that. This is exploitation in pure sense. Was this information helpful? |
