Air India — cancellation refund delay | |
I had to cancel a to and from flight from toronto to delhi with in 24 hrs of booking on dec 14th, i was assured by the customer care that i will get 100% refund (Due to 24hrs cancellation policy) in 7 days. However, i haven’t received my refund yet. I have contacted the customer care many times and have sent numerous emails to e-commerce team. So far, i haven’t received any acknowledgement what so ever from air india. I had made the payments using canadian credit card and the amount was cad 3509 $. This is reg the property damage happened to VIP trolley. While shifting the baggage from Hyderabad to Mumbai, wheels has been missing in trolley and it is new trolley which we bought. Request you to replace the trolley or share the compensation for the same. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
