Air India — cancellation ticket refund money

I am priya jain I had booked a ticket from mumbai to abu dhabi on 31/12/2019 but no confirmation or message or e mail came from air india.
I booked the ticket again from mumbai to abu dhabi on 2/01/2020 which on confirmed.
mail comes from air india on 7/01/2020 that my ticket which was done on 31/12/2019 was confirmed.
booked on 2/01/2020 and please be able to give refund with a minimum cancellation charge.
please check your email on 07/01/2020 which you sent.
humbly request to you please refund my money as soon as possible.
