This is regarding the flight that I had to fly from Dallas to Hyderabad on the 14th of May 2023, I was assigned the flight from Dallas – Houston-Munich-Delhi-Hyderabad (UA 1522)(UA 102) (LH762)(AI560). But that flight got cancelled, and I was assigned another flight from Dallas to Hyderabad for th e 15th of May 2023, and it was Dallas-Newark-Delhi-Hyderabad(UA569)(UA82)(AI560). I had to face so much nonsense here at the Delhi airport because my flight was supposedly not booked, and I had to pay 35, 000Rs (421.68 USD) for my flight from Delhi to Hyderabad, not only was my flight cancelled and delayed, but I had to pay extra for both the flight and the luggage while I already paid for the extra baggage through the united airlines app. When I contacted the united airlines customer care, they told me the Air India people had complete control over my ticket, when I contacted them here they told me that united airlines has to do something about it. It was so hectic for me to book a flight then and there, and I still had to do it without my mistake. I am asking a refund for my Delhi- Hyderabad ticket. This is so unprofessional and I had to face so much trouble running around counters and wanting an explanation from either of the airlines. With this kind of experience, I would not want to choose these airlines, neither will I recommend anybody to choose these airlines. And I believe I deserve an explanation or a compensation for what I had to go through for something which I was solely not responsible for. Was this information helpful? |
