I had booked a flight with Air India for travel in March 2020, Dammam to Delhi Return ticket. Because of the pandemic, ticket got cancelled, but I have not received the refund. Its been more than 2 years. I kept on writing and receiving reply of refund assurance but refund had not been made yet.
It's extremely frustrating to communicate over and over again. It had been more than two years waiting proper response on this matter. Every time there is a new request of information or feedback. Is this the Maharaj way treatment of Air India. I am expecting the very basic thing that is getting my own money refunded, I never thought I have to struggle to get my own money back.
