Passenger Name: Chinmaye Hullenahalli Gurubasappa PNR: YERHZ E-ticket number:[protected] Flight Details: Bangalore to Delhi; Delhi to Toronto The ticket was cancelled in the month of July 2021 Cases/ Feedback forms created for refund initiation: Reference Number: WB-IBLR[protected] created July 8th, 2021 Reference Number: WB-IBLR[protected] created October 25th, 2021 Case Number: 12495219 created on November 2021 Reference Number: WB-IBLR[protected] created November 27th, 2021 Escalation Case Number: 12687752 created on November 2021 Reference Number: WB-IBLR[protected] created on December 11th, 2021 Reference Number: WB-IYYZ[protected] created on December 11th, 2021 The phone calls to the Air India Customer support team NEVER help, they end the call by saying "the refund will be credited within 5 days". I have sent multiple emails to enquire about the refund status and even after 160+ days of cancelling the trip I am yet to receive any response to my email to get the refund.
