Recently I travelled in Air India flight from Chennai to Amsterdam. Ticket number for the same is E-TICKET NUMBER:[protected].
I faced bad behaviour from air India support team near checkin in Chennai while doing checkin of luggage. My hand luggage is excess as then the limit. I asked them support on it in buying extra luggage baggage as well as in other options to take extra luggage too. Instead of helping the passenger the Air India support team wasted 2 hrs my valuable time and they keep on asked to change luggage here and there and also even in buying extract luggage also they didn't helped me properly.
Almost they wasted more then 2 hours of my time and they made be lot of pressure and tensed in catching the flight. They provided my ticket when I left with only 10-15 mins of time to catch the flight. I really struggled to catch the flight because after luggage checkin the remaining things more time too.
I really spent lot money for travel and also spent money buying extra luggage but not expected bad service from Air India. I came to airport before 3 and half of hours my flight but due these all nonsense I catched flight just couple of minutes before to fly that with lot of struggles and challenges.
I want my struggle, physical and mental pressure on that time to be paid off.
