Air India — Citrus Payment Solutions air India ticket booking money Return

Dear sir,
I have made a payment using internet banking in citruspay of rupees Rs.41887.34 for flight ticket booking . amount was credited my account. but ticket my conformed. I'll ask air India office they told me ticket booked but amount not credited there account. so cancel the booking. so please send back money to same account. I will attached that booking receipt and mail conformation also .Please inform me the problem behind this.
