I have booked airline tickets in the month of december 2022 for my trip to paris with my family which was scheduled in the month of april having pnr no 5km5q3 in flight no. Ai 143 and even paid rs.18, 000 to 20, 000/- extra charges for basinet seat for my infant child. On my way to paris from delhi i have got seat no 12d, 12f and 12e in the name of swapnil ahirkar, mirayaa ahirkar and sneha ahirkar respectively. However, throughout the way in my 10 hrs journey there was some technical error in the screens in 2 of my seats due to which we have to seat separately from each other to avoid boredom and get ourselves entertained. This technical issue ruined my whole trip experience and my child were incapable to enjoy the journey. Further, on my way back from paris the same seats were alloted to us and the same were not fixed till then. As a result of that my family time got spoiled just because of the carelessness of the airlines and their inability to fix a small issue like this. I have booked the tickets in advanced 4 months before my trip so as to enjoy my journey with my family as much as i can but this negligent behaviour of the airline ruined my flying experience to the core. Hence, i need compensation of the full amount i paid for my tickets with extra 20, 000/- rs which i have paid for basinet seat for my child
