I book my ticket through mobile Air India app. I did not get E ticket and I was told that App not working and my money will refund in seven days. Its now two and half month and I have not received my money, I have written to customer service many many emails and the reply comes with will let you know in 24 hrs. NOTHING HAPPENS.
