I have a confirmed international ticket for travel from US to chennai.
I have been unable to access my reservations online for the past 3 days, even though i have the email from airindia with the confirmed ticket.
When i called the customer service, they are able to find my PNR but cannot advise why i cannot access it. But before they could provide any information for selecting seats, they just disconnected the calls! This happened 4 times.
And on the 5th try, the representative finally told me that one of the connecting flight was cancelled!! And even this call was disconnected when i asked for options to reschedule my flight.
The disconnection was deliberate as each time the representatives say they will put me on hold and come back. Then i hear the disconnecting click!!
This is one of the worst customer service. I thought being a silver edge member or any loyalty to the airlines would garner some courtesy. But not with Air India.
I still do not have any information on what is happening with my confirmed ticket for next week travel. I have emailed several times and no answer.
