Air India — Customer service to be improved, baggage handlers to be honest | |||
Canada to Delhi Oct31st 2020 flight, they did not provide use and throw headset, sitting idle without any information on the flight for more than 12 hours is horrible. Worst customer service. Garbage were not collected properly, even after multiple requests from the passengers, we advised to keep all garbage under the seat. I took connecting flight to Chennai on 1st Nov 2020, I collected my baggage at Chennai, both my check-in baggage locks were broken and opened. Some stuffs were stolen. It is shame to keep these people in service to spoil Air India name. It is up to Air India management to take action on this. As a proud Indian I brought this to your notice.
