Air India — delay and denial in issuance of boarding pass | |||
My colleague and me were travelling to bbi on 20.11.2017 with flight no. Ai-77 (7:00am) for urgent meeting and tried web-check-in because of no luggage. We reached airport before 6 and tried to get boarding pass through self-checkin facility but it was not working only for air india. Further, we tried to get it from counter. Even though we were in the same queue, she got boarding pass and suddenly they closed that counter and asked us to visit another one and it continued until 6:16 and then they denied because of delay. She has to travel alone in the flight and i had to book another as the meeting was too urgent. Web check-in option was neither available at mobile/pc nor at the airport. Staff of air india did not cooperate at all and just because of their instructions to move from one counter to another, we had missed the flight. Was this information helpful? | |||
