Hi. We were travelling from Bangalore to Jodhpur with one stop at Bombay. Since they delayed our flight from Bangalore, we couldn’t reach our destination. And for accommodation they were making us stay at a 3 star hotel. Which looks shady. And we are travelling with family, there are old people and children. How are we supposed to stay? Where we had to cancel our car for a day or one day hotel stay etc. it’s been 2 hours and still air India staff hasn’t helped us out.
I, on behalf of my family request Air india to give us a good hotel stay and do justice. Our one entire day has gone for waste. And it’s causing so much trouble. There’s no fault of ours here. Kindly do the needful Was this information helpful? |
