Air India — Delay for ticket refund | |
Hi, I Anisha Kizhakkepatt, had booked a ticket in Air India from San Francisco to Bangalore on July 2021. The airlines had postponed the travel date due to which I was unable to travel. So I had to cancel my ticket and they informed the refund will be initiated soon. Till now Air India never initiated my refund. I have been sending mails, feedback form and reaching their customer support. But no response from their end. Kindly help me in resolving this.
