Dear Sir/Madam, I wanted to bring to your urgent attention the ordeal me and family had to have with Air India. Today I had a flight from Mumbai to Kozhikode (CCJ) on Air India flight (AI-581). Though I reached on time to Air India counter que, the queue was longer (10 persons ), by the time I reached counter, the lady at counter said flight is closed. I still see 50 Mins for take off. She asked me to contact the duty manager, spoke with him and he was rude with us. Neither he had any explanation nor helped us in any way. There was no intention to help, he could easily let us in. I am a frequent flyer and this is the first time flying through AIr India in Domestic route.
Their passenger treatment was so bad, i saw another set of people voicing their concern infront o[censored]s. I request your urgent intervention to ensure staff at lest to be friendly and courteous to customer. Request your urgent help as I am in a kind of mental trauma. Request your urgent interventinion to get us justice.
