Air India — delay in luggage - international travel

I haven't received the check-in luggage. Pir number is ccuai32380. I called the ai desk at [protected]. The lady who received the phone told me that i 'may' get the luggage on 19th may evening through ai020 flight. I need compensation for this delay and she refused to give compensation. The behavior of ai staff at ai baggage counter reflects how professional and unethical service ai provides.in future i will never book any ai flight. I am really frustrated by the service.
