Hello, It has been more than 2 months now i am trying to get refund money for my ticket which was cancelled due to issues with Air India website. The refund department is simply delaying the payment without offerring a propoer communication or email. Everytime i write an email, they write standard nonsense replies to email which doesnt help me at all.
I am really tired of this Airline and i am even thinking of filing harrasment and deception court case in Germany ( the place where i booked the ticket from).
I am hoping atleast this form will help me to escalate this matter since there is neither a escalation matrix nor any contact details (calls to Frankfurt office are more than useless).
