I nayana bhatt had a reservation on ai985 on 4th november 2019 but because of a delay i missed out on my connecting flight to ewr — den by united airlines, i was promised by the ai support staff that they have already telephoned to ua at mumbai to delay the flight so that they could take me & other stranded passengers to ewr.
Alas this never happened & we all were stranded at mumbai airport till 6am on the 5th november 2019 before a hotel was given to me & others, next day nov.6th after 12 midnight i was able to board ua 49y, gate 46 seat46b [protected]. This has caused me profound harrassment & i want compensation for same at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
