Air India — delayed flight heathrow to mumbai | |
Passenger diane green flight no ai 130 flight time 13.30 2nd january 19. I arrived at heathrow to find that my flight had been delayed 4 hours. I was not offered a voucher and ground staff did seem to know what was going on. The flight did not take of[censored]ntil 18.10. I tried to find air india staff but there was no one at their desk. No apologies or announcements from air india. We arrived at mumbai at 07.45. I had a connecting flight no ai 0083 which left at 05.05 so once again another delay. We were told at mumbai that we had to reclaim our luggage and check in again. This took ages and then our new flight time was 13.30 another 5 hour delay. We were offered a supposed free breakfast which was no where near substantial for the time delay. Again there were no annoucements or apologies from air india. The flight was also delayed and didn't leave until 14.10. This was my first time with air india and totally unimpressed with your lack of customer service. I would like to know what you are going to do to fix this as i am flying back to the uk on 24th march. Was this information helpful? | |
