Air India — delhi airport customer service | |||
Hi I am writing this complaint regarding air india airport customer service. I was flying delhi to amritsar by air india flight no ai-453, 11 march 2019 morning 5 am to attend my business meting at amritsar. I reported on air india counter at delhi around 4 am as my international flight was bit late which was coming from abu dhabi. When i was on the counter for check in customer service representative was fighting with customer as i was waiting for check in. I ask some other representative for help as they told me i have to wait for that counter when representative become free and i asked to check in for fly to amritsar without any detail he said you cannot fly then i reason why he said flight is closed and i reply more than one hours are left how i can not fly even its not my fault because he was fighting with other customer and i was waiting for help. After this he ask me some money to pay he i wanna fly. I stared argument why i should pay even i bought ticket and i arrived on time he left his counter then i talk to on duty manager i think her name was ginny k. She was really rude and not helpful at all. I explained her everything and ask help she said i have to wait and she will do something she left the floor and went to office. After 15 mins when no one reply me i called her so many time she never give me answer she was asking me money if i wanna fly. No one help me and i missed my flight. I was continuously try to contact her for help she never reply me. She was very unprofessional, unskilled and rude was asking me money again and again if i want to fly i think she know i am flying from overseas and will pay her extra money without any reason I saw some other people was suffering with same problem as no one was helping. If you are not able to help customer why not air india close their business. I wasted around 8 thousand rupees for two tickets, 1000 rupees air india agent charge me and i paid extra 5200 hundred rupees to take my private taxi from delhi airport to amritsar and also lost my business meting which was very important for me because air india corrupted service which ask money if they know people are from overseas. Please stop this corruption and do your work with honesty. One more thing hire people honest well educated and high skilled not like ginny k. She don"t know anything what to do. I will success air india please shut down your business or hire some honest staff who can help customer.
