Air India Express — After flight is cancelled they are not refunding the amount

After flight is cancelled by airlines thay are not giving money bak.
i made call twice and after more than one month they told me that uor refund is rejected without any valid reason.
i am not travelling as flight is cancelled still i will not get refund due to their technical reason.
very poor.
