Hi, I am Nupur Gupta from Hyderabad. I have travelled from Delhi to Hyderabad on 04.12.2014 by Air India Express flight AI 126 from IGIA New Delhi T3. But untill now my luggage is not delivered. I have repeatedly contacted your local office at Hyderabad airport, and even they couldnt confirm when it will be delivered. My baggage numbers are AI691606-File reference-HYDAI48115.
