Dear Sirs,

We at PipeTech Services Pvt. Ltd. had booked 3 tickets for our employees (Mr.Sunil Yadav, Mr.Hansaraj & Mr.Sarvesh Kumar Dubey)Mumbai-Delhi-Dubai (Ticket Copy Attached)

Mumbai(Depart:AI 660-24th Feb 2014-5:00PM) to Delhi(Arrive:AI 660-24th Feb 2014-7:00PM)
Delhi(Depart:AI 995-24th Feb 2014-8:40 PM) to Dubai(Arrive:AI 995-24th Feb 2014-10:40 PM)

Please note the flight from Mumbai took off late & arrived at Delhi an hour after scheduled time of arrival in Delhi i.e at 8:00 PM.The passengers were than not allowed to board the flight to Dubai stating that "OK to Board" was not there while check in and had to miss their flight.On persistence by our employees your staff issued a printed statement of the details which clearly states the "OK to Board" was received @ 15.04 & 15.06 hrs which is much before flight time & same was confirmed vide our agent in Dubai.

Due to this negligence from your end our staff had to wait in Delhi for one whole day.The passengers were not even given a hotel accommodation nor were they issued a ticket for the next flight. We had to pay double the price and book expensive tickets through Emirates. Our employees were travelling to Dubai to carry out service work on Vessel of Shipping Corporation of India which was in Dubai port.Due to the delay of arrival of our employees in Dubai, the vessel had to wait at Dubai resulting in losses to our Company aswell as delay in schedule of VLCC carrier of Shipping Corporation of India.

We want AI to conduct an inquiry into above incident & provide an explanation, we also need a refund for the tickets and compensation for the losses incurred.
