With ref to PNR CQ61Z5, I purchased air tickets from Singapore to Tiruchirapalli Airindia express for my travel purpose in Sep 2021.
Due to the outbreak of the covid-19 Pandemic situation, I canceled my ticket and requested for refund in this regard. But even after continuous reminder emails, and calls Air India expresses never responded.
All the private airlines are refunded promptly for their customers. But unfortunately, Indian Branded Air India Express is still not refunding their customer's money, and the public is not fair and not suitable for their company Indian Image.
