Air India Express — Appeal for refund

Hi, my name is Jignesh H Shah. I had my flight from Ahmedabad to Bangalore on 13/11/2025 via IX 2014 flight and my PNR no was T4KSMP. I was caring 1 extra luggage apart from 1 hand & 1 baggage, For the extra luggage i was being charged 6600.00 (receipt no[protected] which I paid. When i boarded the flight, then i saw the flight was 50% empty. Then my question is why I was being charged when the flight was empty.
I am requesting for the refund of 6600.00 which was unnecessarily charged. It will be appreciated and i will be continuing be traveling by Air India flight.
