I have booked my air ticket from Jaipur to Dubai dated 24th Apr, 2023 1:00 AM having PNR No. 24ZXOS through air india express website. My flight was rescheduled by the Air Indian Express team having the departure time of 24th Apr, 2023 1:00 AM to 23 Apr, 2023 5:50 PM no prior intimation was received either on my mail [protected]@gmail.com or on my mobile no +91-[protected]. This is such a ridiculous behaviour of the air india express I have reached the airport on 23th Apr 11:30 considering the original departure timings after that i come to know about the flight has been rescheduled. I want full refund for my ticket amount of INR 17, 556
Moreover in response to the missed flight i have to book the new flight as early as possible since i have to join the office next day . so i have booked the earliest flight of Air Arabia Flight No. G9436 i.e from Jaipur to sharjah on the same day which cost me around INR 23.6K which is about 6-7K costlier than the missed one. Moreover my original flight is from Jaipur to Dubai but the new flight is from Jaipur to sharjah and Dubai to Sharjah is around 30 Kms which cost me additional Cab Charges of INR 2600 Due to all this i have to sit in the airport for around 5-6 hrs and have to take a leave from my office For all this additional compensation of INR 30000 for my mental harassment.

Had such a terrible exp. while checking in with Air India Ex IX-195 from Jaipur to DXB, Shekhawat saw a teenage girl alone and took the opportunity to not only misbehave by passing indirect crude comments but also charge unnecessary excess baggage amount for a laptop bag with a notebook to read and snacks to eat - which are all allowed to be carried along on the flight as hand baggage which is clearly stated on the website too.
Provided a receipt of INR3780 which does not even mention what they have charged for,
@AirIndiaX should apologize & train their staff with basic mannerisms on how to deal with other humans & refund the amount charged incorrectly. Shekhawat should be given a warning who is working at Jaipur Airpot along with his Manager who encouraged him to perform such an act.

I booked 2 tickets from TRV to DOH and they got cancelled twice,
I accepted that too and they said they will giving me a full refund without a single email or SMS conveyed to the customer. It's been now 16 days since they canceled my ticket, and the airline didn't refund the amount to my account.
I have called customer service several times and they have given me other dates to get my refund but still haven't received my refund.

I booked a ticket on 11th April 2023 to travel from TRV to DOH and the booking was canceled within a few minutes after I received the confirmation mail, I contacted Tia, and told me that. An error in the system and payment will refund within 7 days so I booked one more ticket for the same destination this ticket was also canceled without confirmation mail. But these two cancellation refunds have not been credited to my account yet.
Several times I called customer service they give me different times to get my refund.
Please consider my request and do the necessary to get the refund as soon as possible

I am book Ticket Trichy To Singapore on 11 Apr 2023 . But my Ticket was not Confirmed and Money Debited my Account
I contact customer care they said will refund the payment within 14 days
yesterday also I called the customer care they said 24 hrs the amount will credit your account but still I am not received the money today I called them again they said 24 hrs will credit money
i dont know my ticket was not confirmed but money debited still i am not received the payment waiting for 15 days

Horrible seevice. No customer care. No point of contact. My flight from sharjah to mumbai was delayed for 3 and half hour and there was no prior notice and i was not informed about it. I want immediate eesponse and compensation as well.

I have booked a flight and we’re traveling to Amritsar from Dubai with flight number IX192. Due to delay I have lost 15000/- rupee towards my booking additional to that if flight get cancelled my hotel booking will also not be refunded. Who is going to pay for the loss occurred due to poor service provided by Air India Express.

Feel ashamed saying anyone to travel with Air India or Air India Express. Worst service, wrong information and additional charges. I have paid for seat while booking, yesterday I was additionally charged as it was showing my seats were changed. I have again paid and selected the seats, when I received my boarding passes same seats were not selected and nor the payment was reversed.

Flight IX 138 supposed to depart at 1:55 am on 20 April 2023 but delayed till 4:50 am, without any prior information.

I booked 2 tickets from Chennai to Sharjah and they got cancelled twice, the airline refused to rebook the tickets which by the way is irritating

I accepted that too and they said they will giving me a full refund without a single email or SMS conveyed to the customer. It's been now 18 days since they cancelled my ticket, the airline didn't refund the amount to the service provider which is Makemytrip

And again this service provider is also negligible in handling the customer stating the same thing "We haven't received the refund from the airline" instead of investigating why they haven't received the refund from the airline after the timeline has been exceeded. After a continuous follow-up of 18 calls, I am still left with neither the answer nor the refund

Dear Complaint Handler,

I have previously lodged a complaint to my booking agent Kiwi.com on 2nd January 2023 in which I asked them to take this matter up with Air India Express but to no avail.

This flight suffered long delays and due to which I missed my onward flight connections and as result of this I have suffered substantial financial loss.

Additionally, I also missed this delayed flight because I was twice refused entry to the terminal building by security staff because the airline failed in duty of care to provide clear instructions and passenger assistance.

I therefore had to book new flights for complete journey from Amritsar to London and as well as I had to stay overnight there.

I have suffered financial damages in the region of 1500 British Pounds.

I therefore need to recover my damages so please advise me the next steps.

I booked flight tickets from madras to sharjha in airindia express on 17.07.2023 PNR-BPRUDB AROCKI MARY ANTHONYSAMY, PNR-20Q13N venkateswararao gadde . airline is cancelled their flight.i called so many times to airindia customer care no.but no reply.then I had visiting airindia jorebagh newdelhi office from 27 thMarch 2o23 onwards.they are keeping on saying our websites are in upgradation.i too waited a long period till 10 th April 2023.now airindia official response is can't reschedule my flights though mistakes are from their side.on the time of booking I had a same flight fare from different airlines.now tickets are high, why should I pay extra for booking new tickets though airindia is operating flights to dubai on the same day from same sector.kindly rescheduly flight booking as soon as poss
