Instead of refunding when I cancelled the flight making it rescheduled by default

I have made a booking initially for airasia flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar on 17th Feb with PNR Q1VWHC but due to some reason I have to postpone my travel to 19th Feb.
Since I got better offer on Makemytrip I made a fresh booking with PNR E9NLKH for 19th Feb and cancelled the existing booking with PNR Q1VWHC but somehow on your site it shows I have rescheduled this Q1VWHC PNR and asking me to pay Rs.3000 instead of refunding...

Baggage damage issue

i have carried one hard case ( blue colour ) which is damaged in your flight cargo. We have raised a complaint near baggage pickup no 6 on the same day with mr sarang. In charge at baggage pick up point.

Delayed flights and not providing alternatives

Air india express has delayed my flights by 2h 35min which is affecting my onward journey and they are not ready to provide me other alternatives.

I planned my journey 3.5 months advanced and now because of this delay its affecting my journey.

I asked for another flight on same day, but their customer care is asking for extra money as delay is less than 3hrs. which I feel is unfair.

Unable to change flight booking

Air India Express Cancellation Refund

There is no confirmation mail for the cancellation nor its showing any details of cancellation in website. No response at all when trying to contact the customer care or toll-free number. No refund after cancellation and a horrible experience from Indian government run airlines.

There is no place of contact or response, itself is a headache for the customers and won't book or recommend these airlines to no one. If not able...

Refund are not returning of cancelled flight

I booked a ticket online at air India website on 25 th Oct 2020 from agartala to Jammu. Ticket was issued and passenger name was Rajendra Kumar Mistri.

Damaged baggage

Respeted sir i had been arrived igi airport (New delhi) t3 on dated march 20.2020 with ix142 (Air india express). I found my baggage was broken, i registered my complaint same time with same airline officials (File reference - delai73628/20mar20/1615gmt). amount deducted but failed confirmation on next screen

Booked a ticket from mumbai to dubai for may 06, 2020, on feb 13th. Payment made from icici bank debit card. Confirmation of the amount deducted from the bank came instantly on my phone. However, as soon the page was redirected to the merchant site, there was an error message saying the payment was failed. Booked flight from singapore to bangalore, for 15th apr.
For one of the passenger, the lastname has been given as an initial
Not complete name. I have requested airline to include expanded lastname instead of initial by sharing the required documents.

Unable to book tickets online

I has the worst ever checkin experience in in my last travel from Jaipur to Mumbai on 7th May 2025.
I was travelling alone with an infant of 7 months and a kid of 10 years.
There was no co-operation in the Jaipur airport of making a priority checkin.
The most painful part was that i had to spent almost 45-1hr at the checkin counter.
Reason being my Checkin luggage was 33 kg instead of 30kg.
"Bhumika" who claimed herself to be manager over there was not even ready to consider 3kg inspite of requesting here multiple times that i was travelling with a kid & Infant.
Also my hand baggage was also not a single gram extra (dot 21kg).
At the end i had no option but to pay INR 1950 and leave.

This was never expected from "Tata Group".

    We have emergency travel from Kochi to Visakhapatnam. We have booked flight from Kochi to Bengaluru and Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam. We have reached Bengaluru airport T1 at 6:25AM and our flight from Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam is at 7:30AM in T2 terminal. Air India express is closed before 60min official time only.

          ## Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Missing Passenger Name on Cleartrip Booking (Trip ID:[protected]

          Dear Cleartrip,

          I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent booking I made through your platform on May 21st, 2024 (Trip ID:[protected]. The booking was a round-trip flight from Goa to Hyderabad for myself (Raghuvir Laxman Chary Nachinolkar) and my wife (Ritu Raghuvir Chary Nachinolkar).

          During the booking process, I correctly entered all passenger details, including our full names. However, when prompted for an optional GST number, I entered my wife's GST number.

          Unfortunately, upon receiving the tickets via email ([protected]@yahoo.com) and mobile ([protected]), I discovered that my name was missing from both the Alliance Air and Air India Express tickets.

          Concerned about being denied entry at the airport, I immediately attempted to rectify the issue. I spent several hours from 9:30 PM until after midnight contacting Cleartrip's helpline and using the TIA online chatbot. Unfortunately, no assistance was provided despite explaining the seriousness of the situation and the fact that my name omission would prevent me from boarding.

          Furthermore, there are no Clear trip, Alliance Air, or Air India Express offices in Goa to address this issue in person.

          Desperate for a solution, I travelled 40 km on a scooter in the sweltering heat to the Dabolim Goa Airport. While I found an Air India office, the staff was unhelpful. They directed me between two counters, claiming Alliance Air doesn't have a dedicated counter. Ultimately, they advised me to cancel and rebook a new ticket online, which resulted in an additional cost of Rs. 7, 500 for my ticket alone.

          To summarize, a bug in the Cleartrip app/web page seems to have automatically linked the optional GST number to passenger names, leading to this situation. This resulted in a financial loss of Rs. 7, 500 along with considerable mental stress and wasted time.

          I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I expect a full refund of the additional Rs. 7, 500 incurred due to the error caused by the Cleartrip app. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience and wasted time I experienced.

          I have attached copies of the booking confirmation email, tickets with the missing name, and any other relevant documentation for your reference.

          Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this urgent matter.

              Dear Air India Staff,

              Our connecting flight was rescheduled and we faced more than six hours delay on the Hyderabad airport. Their was no proper person on the domestic airport transfers to guide us. We requested lunch option but after a lot of debate had to avail it. I was traveling with my elderly parents who have diabetes. air India express gave late lunches and no proper communication was given for further delay of the flight I am seeking compensation for the agony caused and i would never recommend anyone of my friends in Europe to use your services where the airline is least bothered about the health of elderly passengers.

              Our pnr was E4SN4G. Please look into this.
