Yesterday[protected] at 11.pm my sister and family was going to qatar but after getting thier boarding pass they were not allowed to travel bcs the infant doesn't have visa in qatar airways they doesn't have any problem but all the problem was with the air india team my sister was carrying 3 children she and my brother-in-law has suffered alot by air India express team. If you haven't take any action we would go for further case.

    Confirmation number LLCEVX

    This is regarding the cancellation done for flight Thirchy to KL depature on 10th Feb 2021.

    The payment was done through netbanking and cancellation was raised on 2nd Feb 2021.

    I have been following up for refund for past 6 months and I only standard reply of will soon come back

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I had booked a ticket(Book Ref: HUTVVW)from India to UAE (COK to DXB) on July 08 for emergency.Due to travel restriction Air India Express cancelled the ticket and rescheduled to July-21 without taking any feedback from me.I cannot reschedule to other dates based on Air India Express Convenience. When i am asking for refund Customer care saying there will be penalty of 4500Rs for cancellation & Refund.
      Is it my fault for getting this penality?? All other flight service at least they will provide 1 year voucher for future use, That also air India express not providing. So i request to take necessary action to get the full amount reimbursement or 1 year valid voucher. Otherwise please do not start ticket booking without clear information about the travel restriction.It is not only my problem, but also people booked tickest for coming to UAE..

        I booked ticket for my helper from Chennai to Singapore to travel on 17-May-21. Due to COVID surge in India, Singapore Govt announced restrictions i.e. only Singaporean and Permanent Resident can enter Singapore. Due to this reason I cancelled the ticket, refund was not full amount by the way though there is genuine reasons. Still I accepted for whatever they agreed to refund.
        While cancelling the ticket I have been told that the refund amount will be credited to my account in 14 days. Now its more than 3 months, havent received the amount yet.

        "Please send email to CustomerServices and Finance department", this is what the regular reply I get from 24 X 7 hotline number. No response to emails.

        Booking Ref No GPDWHI. Not sure when I will be getting.

          With ref to PNR ZFDXZT which I purchased airticket from Airindia express for my travel purpose in Feb 2020.
          Due to outbreak of covid-19 Pendamic situation I cancelled my Ticket and requested for refund in this regard. But even after continuous reminder emails, Air India express sending false promiss and trying to cheat me from last 16th months.
          All the private airlines are refunded promptly for their customers. But unfortunately Indian Branded Air India Express is still not refunding their customer money and cheating the public is not fair and not good for their company Indian Image.

            For your information & Necessary action
            I purchase direct flight ticket from Abu Dhabi to Mangalore With PNR no FKWGVT(Attached ticket for your reference).Flight Details mentioned in attached file.
            IX816 was suppose to fly on 1st of July 2021 2345hrs but delayed.However after 5hrs of waiting the flight take off at 0500hrs on 2nd July 2021.
            For my surprise, while landing the pilot announced that within 5 minutes we will land to Calicut airport.I was totally shocked & feel cheated how come it was Calicut airport, oh my god it was shocker of my life instead of manglore flight landed at Calicut airport.After waiting for an hour at Calicut airport finally the flight IX816 reached to it's original destination at 1205hrs on 2nd July 2021 that is on Friday.
            Please look in to this matter & do the needful.

              I booked the flight from Singapore to Vijayawada on 13th April 2021, but the flight is cancelled/ not operated by Air india Express.

              So I requested air india express by sending an email to [protected]@airindiaexpress.in on 12th April to refund the amount for the above confirmation no's.

              Till date about 3months, I still not had received the refund, and I also send several follow-up emails to customer support, when I contact customer care they says refund is processed on 28th April but still had not receive the refund.

                We booked a flight from New Delhi to Dubai for 3rd May but due to the 2nd wave of COVID all flights were banned by Gov. of India and Gov o[censored]AE.                   Dear Madam/Sir,
                  We had booked Air India Express ticket from Mangalore to Muscat on 06.04.2021. Reference no. RDZXQM
                  Due to personal reasons Air ticket was cancelled on 13.04.2021.

                  Amount still not refunded for cancelled ticket.

                  Spoke to Customer care officer more for than 30 times, but still amount not refunded.

                  Kindly request your intervention.

                    I have booked a ticket from Riyadh to Kannur on 24 April 2021, and I have cancelled the travel plan due to restrictions in India. and I have tried to cancel the ticket through their online portal, but their reservation system was down. Hence I have communicated through email to cancel the ticket and they have acknowledged the cancellation as well. but so far I have not received a refund from them. I have been trying to call them to enquire about the refund but they are not answering the call. for emails no reply at all. Hence I request you to do the needful for refunding the amount.
                    I can see that they are doing this for everyone. once they have the money, they are very reluctant to repay the money.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had requested the air India express team to cancel my ticket after getting confirmation from the customer support team that, am able to avail the full refund on the ticket as the Air India Express rescheduled the flight for more than 3 hours.

                      But unfortunately I didn’t receive any updates on the refund after that.

                      It’s now almost 2 months now.

                      I am keep on sending mails to the customer support team.

                          Not get the agreed refund

                          I purchased doha - kochi ticked from qatar on online (As attached). The ticket confirmation number is bnnugc & the travel date was 12th june 2020. The flight cancelled by air india express due to the covid 19.
                          The passenger travelled to kochi on repatriation flight on 01.07.2020 boarding pass attached, as the passenger was on visit visa she cannot use the ticket in future.

                          I sent several email to aie and finally...

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          I am Boopesh from Coimbatore, I had booked a ticket from Tiruchirappalli to Singapore for the date of 23/05/2021 (Booking copy attached)PNR : TPIBOX. Due to covid 19 pandemic Singapore government had closed its borders for entry. So I had cancelled my ticket on 20/05/2021(cancellation copy attached) and they had charged penalty of Rs5000-/ . During this pandemic most of the airlines never charge penalties and support their customers. But air india express even after charging for penalties they can’t able to refund for past one month and asking me to be patient, whenever I email them through their customer support mail ID I had attached those conversations. Also don’t know how long to patient and wait for the refund amount of Rs:15334-/. I kindly request you to go through my situation and do us the needful.

                              DGCA Team,

                              I need to file a complaint against Airindia Express.

                              I've booked an international return flight ticket from Sharjah to Mumbai. Due to unavoidable circumstances and lockdown restrictions i had to cancel the tickets on May-09.

                              I've approached to air india express and cancelled my bookings. In turn Air india express has promised me that they will be providing me a refund of 5, 545/- Rs. And they have provided me a document which is attached to this email for your reference.

                              Meanwhile, i had wrote an email to Nodal Officer on to which he replied that refund has been processed from their end. But when i spoke to their customer support still they are saying that, funds aren't yet released from airline side.

                              Nodal officer response email is also attached for your kind perusal.

                              If the funds ain't yet released from airline side then why they're misleading me.

                              I've been following up from one and a half months now but still its not yet resolved.

                              Please do the needful and look into the matter on immediate basis.

                              All necessary documents are attached.

                                I had booked a ticket from Calicut to Doha on 27th April 2021. But since I was tested positive for Covid 19 on 26 April 2021 I was not able to travel on 27th and I had requested for the cancellation of ticket on 26th April itself.

                                During the time of Booking the ticket, Airindia Express Website server was down so I had to book the ticket manually through customer care centre and because of that reason I haven’t received any PNR/Confirmation Number for the ticket. I just received the ITR TICKET COPY.When asked for the PNR/Confirmation number to the customer care agents, they informed that since the ticket was booked manually from customer care centre and website is down so the PNR won’t be issued.

                                Till now I haven’t received any proper response from their side even after calling the customer care n number of times and also sending them emails.

                                  The ticket has been cancelled by Air India Express, but now they are not responding for a refund even after writing emails to customer care, nodal officers.
                                  I request higher authority to refund cancelled ticket as early as possible.

                                    I booked the ticket from Dubai, DXB Terminal 2 to Kozhikode for 15 th July, 2020 on 10/07/2020 (Friday). The payment got deducted(740) but didnt get the confirmation instead got the message to send the details to customer support for clarification. I sent a mail to the customer support and got automatic reply..

                                    So that why please refund my money to my account ..

                                      I am following up with Air India Express since April 2021 for the refund of my cancelled trip ( Booking ref: SUNNQR) due to covid 19 travel ban. i have sent more than 10 emails to customer care and finance dept. as advised by customer care representatives. Most of the time I have received system generated replies only. On May 15 I have received an email from customer support, mentioned that" you will receive refund shortly". But last week I have contacted them again, but they informed me that in their system it is showing the status is "under process". I am getting this reply from customer service for the last 2 months. Please look into the matter and kindly do the needful.
