      I was traveling from Dubai to calicut on Sunday 3am flight which reached Calicut at morning 8am. I had to wait till 10am for no reason without being intimated that my luggage is missing & it was left in Dubai. When inquired the air india express staff told its mishandled & still in Dubai. Finally after so many follow ups I was given a form in which missing baggage details were filled & assured me that it will be delivered ASAP to my residence. Now its been a day, I didn't even get a courtesy call or message from the Air india express & now when I'm trying to call the given number first no answer & now its switched off. Please assist

        My booking in the Air India Express was from Mangalore to Dubai and later to London with different airline connection. During the check in of the Air India Express at Mangalore International Airport, I was denied the boarding pass in the last moment of the flight departure and reason was given that I don’t have the Dubai transit visa. Due to which I could not attend the important company meetings held at London and entire expenses of to and fro of my flight charges to London via Dubai is lost.

        However, in the Air India Express it says as United Kingdom travellers or European Union with a minimum validity period of six months need not apply for the transit visa. Therefore my question here is, since I had a valid UK visa for six months, why was I denied boarding the flight at the last moment and created confusions by the Air India Express airline authorities at the Mangalore International airport. They also enquiring whether my next flight was in the night and when I said them that it just 2 hours layover to my next flight, they started creating another story telling that I should have six months duration o[censored]K visa considering from the day of departure of the flight. How would anyone get a UK visa on the day of departure? I think they were making up a story so that I can push my booked tickets to another date for some reason.

        When I called the customer support of Air India Express, I was not given any support rather the women responded very rudely. The airline has extremely unsupportive airline staff.
        The itinerary details as below:
        The flight number is IX383 departure from Mangalore Airport to Dubai International airport on 11 September 2022 at 6:45
        The flight number IX814 departure from Dubai International airport to Mangalore Airport on 17 September 2022 at 17.30

        The total expense of the flight is about 1165 £ (pounds) equivalent to 107, 515.2 rupees.

        Please consider this issue at the earliest and provide the total cost of my flight charges which I lost due to miscommunications by the flight authorities at the airport. Please take the required measures so that no passengers would be troubled so badly at the last moment of the flight departure.
        Attached below are the travel itinerary details and invoice.

          My flight from dubai to delhi on 3rd oct has been rescheduled to 2 am on 4th oct. Customer care is not issuing a full refund on this neither confirming me on providing accommodation arrangements for this. Please assist, i want to cancel and get a full refund so that I can book another flight or at least provide stay/food arrangements for the delayed time.

            Im writing in this email with a huge disappointment with my recent travel with air India express from Muscat to Bangalore on 8/8/2022 10:10 am

            I would want to start from the first conversation I had with your customer service team on the 7th august at 4:54pm on +[protected]

            I contacted your customer service desk as I was exceeding my luggage and wanted to know what is the extra that I had to pay for my excess baggage, I was informed that an excess 5 to 10kg will be 21 Omani riyals, which was acceptable and i also enquired about online checkin which she said air India express doesn’t have online checkin option .

            8th august was my flight - I reached there before time and while checking in my baggage the lady at the checkin counter informed that I had to pay 6 Omani riyals per KG and when I spoke to her about the information I received from call center she clearly said she doesn’t know what they informed me but I had to pay to carry my baggage. I had an excess of 13 KGs which was a total of 78 riyals for baggage and tax 3.150 OMR.
            I would have done a air cargo on 7th itself if I was provided with the right information from your call center team as it would just cost me OMR 24.

            I wanted to raise a complaint right there but she said I only can write to the customer service email.

            Well I wanted to make a payment through my Card but unfortunately your checkin counters do not accept payments and they directed me to oman air ticketing counter.

            *Im a patient who recently had a nose surgery and was hospitalised for surgery Ben before the night of my travel due to kidney issues. * I can prove you with my medical documents if you insist

            So I went to the oman air ticketing counter to make a payment with my card and he denied as only accepted cash payments so I went around the airport having no one to support me to get cash from the ATM and then the cashier at the ticketing desk did not have a change, he denied to take my payments and asked me to fetch change from anywhere.
            I was in tears as my nose hat started hurting and my back was killing me, I literally begged for change from more than 8 shops at the airport and then came to pay.

            After this horrific experience I got my boarding pass and when I wanted to enter the gate the barcode that was printed on the boarding pass could not be read by the machine as the print was too bad. Yet again I had to go back with the airport staff to the checkin counters to reprint my boarding pass.

            This has been my worst experience of travel throughout my life. I paid for my tickets atleast provide service for the cost of my tickets .

            My nose bleeding triggered for all the stress that I had before my flight and this journey wasn’t just tiring but also a mentally exhausting experience .

            I would want raise this issue to who ever is the lead of your team and I want a compensation for all the inconvenience I have gone through this journey.

            I would never wish to travel with your airlines if my issues are not addressed. Depending on your response I would also go to customer consumer court and will put my story across so other customers know how inconvenient an airlines like yours may cause.

            From the start, the miscommunication from your call center team regarding baggage until my landing everything was a mess.

            I’m awaiting your response on high priority.

They informed me that i would receive the luggage to my destination in mangalore within one day...It's been 5 days by now..No baggage information has been received.. I visited twice to air india office at the mangalore airport, they have not been able to give me any positive response..They kept on saying that they have mailed from their side..And have not received any information...I am very upset about the service provided by air india express...Aug 10th is my return flight...Its a kind request i need that baggage as soon as possible...I have attached...I have important documents in that..Please take this issue as important...Kindly reply me with positive note.

                    I have been continuously following up sing last 6 months with the Customer Support Service team through emails, calls etc. to get the refund amount against the cancelled air ticket. However neither the emails nor the calls are being responded by the Customer Support Team. It looks like the Customer Support team has no intention to refund the amount. I have also made several calls to the Finance Department and as informed by them the issues is pending with the Customer Support Team, once the clearance is received the amount will be paid immediately. In this regards I would like to request your intervention in resolving this issue at the earliest. Following are the Details for your ready reference.

                        Hi,

                        I had booked a ticket for my flatmate Mr. Vinod Rajappan from Doha to Trivandrum on the 13th of January 2020. The journey date was 03rd May 2020 with two legs Doha to Kozhikode and Kozhikode to Trivandrum. The confirmed ticket with the PNR No.: - ANDVVZ is attached for your reference.

                        Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 situation in Qatar and India, the trip was canceled by Air India Express and the ticket was converted into an open ticket for future travel. Email dated April 30th, 2020 attached for reference.

                        Finally, I received an email (attached) stating that the ticket will be refunded within 7-10 days on the 24th of May 2022. However, my mode of payment is no more active as the credit card I used at the time of booking is no more valid. It has been more than a month and I have no idea what is going on. I tried contacting the Nodal Officer through email and there has been no update so far.

                        I am in a situation where every penny would count. I have been trying my best to follow up with the concerned personnel from Air India Express and the response has been rather cold. Kindly request your support to sort out this issue at the earliest.

                        I had booked air India express flight online, to Kuwait from mangalore, the booking gateway has unauthorized debits from my account, 3 times the amount for the same ticket. I wrote complaint mail to customer service to investigate refund my amount. No response is recd neither auto replies. Really concerned it’s a huge amount of rs 67000/-

                          Dear Sir,

                          I would like to bring to your notice the worst possible experience that my family and I experienced at Muscat International airport. I was travelling to CNN on Air India express (IX 712) scheduled for departure at 2.45 pm (30.06.2022) from Muscat International airport. We were the last passengers to arrive at the gate ( C 06). My father aged 63 had gone to the washroom. He was the last to come to the gate. A staff named Yaqoub Al Zadjali literally started screaming at an unbelievable voice at my father and my mother. He hurled various insults that were derogatory, disgraceful and racist to say the least. He had the audacity to scream at us to not come back to Oman. This is the first time in my travel experience of 30 years that I have encountered such rude and racist behavior. Oman has been our home since all I can remember and it's people the kindest. This experience has shook us. My twelve year old daughter is traumatised and was crying throughout the flight. She had to witness this cruelty makes my heart break. My parents were screamed at and insulted with the worst possible words right in front o[censored]s and we couldn't do a thing because he is in power. I request you to look at the cctv footage with audio to understand the seriousness of that scenario. There were many other staff who told us in a polite and respectful way that we were late to the gate. In the end me and my sister had to literally beg him to let us fly because he threatened to offload our luggage and not let us fly. It took him other airport staff to calm down. During these times when life is hard for all, this was a flight we couldnt miss. Had it been another nationality he wouldn't dare do this. His words still ring in my ears. He called my father a woman because he chose to keep quiet. When my father was about to ask him to speak respectfully he screamed at him in a deafening voice. He also ran behind us through the ramp to the airplane to spit the rest of his insults. He yelled repeatedly that we deserve to not come back. He has extreme anger issues which needs to be seriously looked into. You don't just go around screaming at anyone. Even being late doesn't him the authority to scream. Nothing gives him the authority to scream at my parents and my family. How would he be able to make up for the trauma we experienced??

                          I apologise we were late to the gate. The immigration queue was long also we had stopped to get some food. We accept our mistake. But nothing gives him the right to do what he did. He harrassed us to the point where we were speechless by his insults and yelling. He yelled at us women without any respect. He should have least considered my father's age and spoke to him respectfully. If he had just closed the gate without yelling at us. It would have been okay. But he chose to stamp us into the ground with his insults.

                          I hope to hear back from you as soon as possible regarding this with what action has been taken.

                          I am attaching below the copy of our boarding passes and tickets for your reference.

                              Respected Sir,

                              I had booked air tickets on 07June 2022 from Delhi to Indore and back for the journey on 02nd Jul. 2022 and 31st Jul. 2022. But due to a change of some reimbursement rules I needed to cancel the said booking. So, I contacted the customer care of air India on the same day of booking. Your customer care gave me wrong information and said to me the cancellation charges will be deducted if you cancelled your booking. In this regard I contacted the customer care the next day and came to know that if I cancelled my booking within 24 Hours of said booking then the amount of booking refunded me without any deduction. So, Due the wrong information provided to me by your customer care I missed to cancel the booking. After that I contacted your customer care too many times but neither my booking was cancelled, nor the booking amount refunded me till date. I am in trouble and going into stress.
                              It is therefore requested that please help me to cancel my booking and provide full amount without deduction of any charges. I shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.
