Air India Express — Baggage damage issue

Dear sir,

i r.V.Keshava murthy travelled from jaipur to bangalore on 29/01/2024 by air india express - ix1932. ( pnr z7mjpd )

i have carried one hard case ( blue colour ) which is damaged in your flight cargo. We have raised a complaint near baggage pickup no 6 on the same day with mr sarang. In charge at baggage pick up point.

I am also enclosing a complaint copy ( pir )for your reference.
