Air India Express — complaint about refund | |||
I booked the both way ticket on 26th July 2018 from air India express with my credit card the amount of 10, 000rs same time I cancelled the one way ticket so far refund was not made from Air India express, but Abudhabi Bank fine me for the late payment of 2800 rupees, Please help me to find the solution . Note :3 mails send to the customer care 5 times called customer care in India 4 times called customer care in UAE Was this information helpful? | |||

I was forced to cancel my air india express booking ticket(attached) because of the kerala floods and because i can't reached my home at that time.so I did the cancellation on[protected] my and family tickets (RKT to CCJ)and my return ticket(CCJ to RKT).still i don't get my refund amount in my account.so take immediate action now.

I was having my flight on 6 th of September and the flight was delayed by more than 7 hours.Original time of flight was 3:40 pm and it actually took off on 11:50 pm
