Dear Air India Express Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the unprofessional and careless behavior exhibited by some members of your human customer service support team.
I understand that Air India Express has transitioned much of its customer support to the AI agent, Tia. While Tia is helpful for basic inquiries, certain requests — such as international connecting baggage assistance — cannot be addressed through the AI system.
Upon researching, I found that the number +[protected] is designated for booking support. When I first called, I was fortunate to connect with Shivani, who was very knowledgeable and assisted me efficiently in updating my booking details.
However, I had forgotten to inquire about adding international connecting baggage assistance. When I called back to address this, I was connected with three different representatives — Varsha, Bhaskar, and another unnamed individual — across multiple attempts. Unfortunately, none of them were willing to listen to my query.in fact, they either disconnected the call or pretended not to hear me, which was extremely frustrating.
As a customer seeking timely support, this experience was highly disappointing and unacceptable.
I hope this issue is taken seriously, and necessary steps are taken to improve the quality and accountability of your customer support services.
