Air India Express — Damaged Suitcase - PNR IC4GSH

On flight IX-2932 from GAU-BLR on 18th April, 2026, I checked-in a suitcase with Tag number [protected]. Upon arrival at home in BLR, I discovered that the hinge of the checked in suitcase was torn off -- it was not in that condition at the time of check-in.
I therefore request compensation for damaged luggage.
