On the date of 30/07/2023, I was a passenger on flight number IX 687, traveling from Singapore to Chennai, with PNR number UVGLXL. Upon arriving at my destination and retrieving my luggage, I was dismayed to find that my suitcase had suffered severe damage, resulting in the exposure of my belongings contained within a plastic bag.
At the time of check-in, my suitcase was in impeccable condition and properly packed, securely holding my personal items. However, the state in which I received my luggage upon landing indicated mishandling that rendered the suitcase unusable. This incident compelled me to transport my belongings in such a compromised state, causing not only inconvenience but also a sense of embarrassment.
The quality of care exhibited towards my luggage and the lack of support in addressing this matter from AirIndia Express have left me deeply disappointed. Given my loyalty as a customer, I anticipated a higher level of care and immediate resolution for the inconveniences I have encountered, along with the damages sustained.
But after multiple nails to all levels till no response from the aircraft. Hence planned to raise this through complaint forum.
I request you to take severe action on this issue.
