Air India Express — delay in refund for the cancelled ticket | |
Dear sir / madam, Good morning! I had cancelled my air india express return travel (Confirmation number of my ticket is qtyaoz) by visiting air india express office in mangalore dated 05-mar-2018. As per the aie staff, he informed that ticket has been cancelled and will get the refund of it within 1 month. Payment was done through online channel.
