I had the bad experience of flying with Air Asia and Air India express multiple times. Everytime there has been a delay of more than 2 hrs. The Airline conveniently puts the blame on Air Traffic. My experience with the Airline has been on different sectors so the reasoning is just absurd. Everytime the Airline never made any attempt for service recovery. This is really unacceptable when I had paid extra for an early flight planning my day around the timing of the flight. Eventide because of deficiency in service I had to pay the price at the business end. It's high time the Airline is disciplined Was this information helpful? |
