I was denied flying trichy dubai on 20 nov 2015 ticket QKX2XZreason being i was having injury can not sit in AC for 4 hours despite showing doctors certificate though the airport manager recommendation with the chief security personnel support air india express staff denied my journey for no valid reason i had to buy a new ticket to fly next day agony and monetary loss family waited at dubai were panicked emailed customer service and nodal officer they agreed to investigate nothing happened few months gone air india express to be held responsible i needed to be compensated i seek justice through this forum Was this information helpful? | |||||
