I booked tickets on 22 Aug for Mumbai to dubai for 3 passenger.. I didn't get any confirmation nor ticket for booking PNR - RDRZON, KZCFVT Did many phone calls to customer support and also sent email to nodal officers but no response. Still I didn't receive refund of Money for unbooked ticket, very very unhappy with Air India express response.
