Air India Express — Double billing for same day ticket

I booked a BBI-DEL flight ticket 15th May2026 (Fri) for my daughter, Aripra and paid Rs 11244/-. The transaction failed. I rebooked again and paid Rs 11244/- again. Later the initial transaction got confirmed under PNR WC6TKK and the revised transaction was confirmed under PNR F5853Z. I have tried reaching out to the airline but the chatbot is not able to understand and I am not referred to a customer service executive. Hence the escalation. I request full refund for 1 ticket which is booked for no fault of mine. A failed transaction has got confirmed later.
