My friend Ahmad Mujeeb, PNR no D93RUX was flying in 26thFeb24 from Dubai to Mangalore. On his request, I added 10kgs luggage by paying 100aed from my credit card on 25th Feb24. Once he reached the air india desk for boarding pass, he was told that the amount for 10kg/ AED 100 was on hold. He was asked to pay AED 200 to clear the luggage (bill with me for 200aed). Now, he has paid AED 300 instead of AED 100 (AED 20O extra). Air India has accepted the complaint (Ref no.[protected] dated 27thfeb24. But after that there is no response. Kinldy do the need to resolve the issue and re-imburse the aed 200.
