Hi, i have booked air india express from kul to chennai on march 2017, but air india express customer care called me on feb 2017 and told that all air india express flight from kulala lumpur to chennai has been cancelled and they will refund my money to my bank account but till today they have not refunded my money though i have sent more than 25 remainder emails and no response yet, kindly check and refund my money asap, please find below details My booking confirmation no./pnr: 3gzi4c Total amount for refund is myr 741.80.
