Air India Express — Flight Delay / Deplane passengers / Bag damage / Refund and Compensation

Original flight time - 07.15pm,
Delayed and new time announced - 08:30pm,
Boarding stared at 8.10pm,

Grievance: Made all 178 passengers sit inside aircraft till 10.30pm, No AC, No Food and only glasses of water. No information and no update.
- Captain at 10.30pm said that there is technical snag and engineers working on it.
- At 11.00pm, we were informed that the flight is not capable to fly till Mumbai but only till Delhi. The defaulted carrier was scheduled to take all passengers to New Delhi.
- Hearing this, frustrated passenger panicked more and half of them deplaned to avoid any risk as the airline was risking lives by flying defective plane.
- The airline team confirmed full refund with compensation as the deplaned passenger was forced to take new early morning flights at higher prices...
- The Flight took off to Delhi with our luggage at around 12am (4 hours after it was scheduled) and we were told that luggage you can pick it up from T2 Mumbai terminal if its urgent or the same will be couriered to you in next 5-6 days.
- 2 Bag got damaged in the process.

To summarise - Delay flights, 4 hours within the flight with no AC, No Food and No water, Flight took off for delhi instead of Mumbai, deplaned the flight and book new ticket at higher price, entire night stay at airport, Had to travel to T2 Mumbai terminal for luggage and ultimately delay in reaching office on Monday as it was working day.

now running post to post for seeking refund n compensation.

Team - it has been 3 weeks since the incident happened and I have still not got my Refund. Can you please expedite the process and ensure refund is done at the earliest.
