I am very upset with the services extended by Air India Express flight number IX-122 dated 19th December 2021 from New Delhi to KualaLumpur. Cru attending was Ms Vandana Ahuja and Mr. Rahul Gautam.
I made my reasonable protest to them for not serving what was ordered and my wife had to remain hungry.
Their argument was it was a mistake of the food serving group and they can not do much at the heights of flight. I may agree with the argument but the question still remains the same that the passenger had to remain hungry through the night.
This booking was done well before boarding the flight probably a day before, it was as per published in website and made required payments. I was never informed until the wrong dish was served that your agency is unable to serve what was ordered. Was this information helpful? |
