I was supposed to be on the air india express flight number IX 434 on 8th may from dubai international airport to kochin airport
I had got my boarding pass but i could not enter the flight due to some health issue . My luggage was already given to the airline.
I had paid the full amount including the luggage in my ticket.
After a few hours i boarded another flight and came to india, but air india a express refuses to send me my luggage if i dont pay an extra amount of 750 aed. I dont understand why i should pay the money when i didnt board the flight, and ive already paid the money in the ticket. I’ve mailed the airline multiple times but i have got zero response. Very bad customer service.
I really hope i get my luggage back soon since my books and cloths are in it and its already been 4 days. This is very inconvenient.
