Air India Express — Name change in ticket PNR MTHH7L

I requested name change of passenger 2 from Lokendra Pal Singh to Yogi Lokendra Pal Singh but I never received any proper answer from AirIndia Express team. They say it will be done in 48 hrs but never done.
