Air India Express — non receipt of cancellation refund | |||
I had booked an COK-AUH-COK Air India Express ticket (RZUOPQ) for my mom Mrs. Syamala Velappan for travel from COK to AUH and back in April 2019. After the COK - AUH sector was used, we had to cancel the ticket due to certain unforeseen personal reasons.
