Air India Express — non receipt of cancellation refund

I had booked an COK-AUH-COK Air India Express ticket (RZUOPQ) for my mom Mrs. Syamala Velappan for travel from COK to AUH and back in April 2019. After the COK - AUH sector was used, we had to cancel the ticket due to certain unforeseen personal reasons. Though the cancellation was made online on 24 May 2019, the refund amount has not been credited to my account yet. Copy of the ticket enclosed.
