Air India Express — Non refund of cancelled ticket, Booking Ref # SKHT12 (delayed more than 60 days)

Dear sir, This has reference to the booking as per subject itinerary. Please note that I cancelled the ticket almost 4 weeks prior to departure date, which is now more than 60 days from today's date. However, till date I have not received my refund to the credit card. Request you to please do the needful and process the refund urgently. I have already followed up over phone and email numerous times. Awaiting your response. Regards Nilesh Dange
